What we collect

The public directory includes entries from GrokHub and authors' public share pages. Content, contact details, feedback and advertising enquiries you submit are stored on Combo servers. Subscriptions require email confirmation.

How we use it

Submissions are used for review and attribution. Contact details help us handle your request and are excluded from public feeds. Subscriber emails receive only the Combo Hub content they confirm, with an unsubscribe link. Email is sent via Resend.

Browser and access data

Theme preferences are stored locally in your browser. Admin login uses a secure session cookie. Edge access logs record IP addresses, paths and response status. The app hashes IP addresses for rate limiting and view deduplication, without building advertising profiles.

To improve this site, we aggregate visits and sponsor link clicks by day, page, interface language and source category for 120 days. We do not store full referrers or search terms, set analytics cookies or count requests with DNT or GPC enabled. Your subscription language is saved for confirmation emails and daily digests.

Retention and deletion

Use the feedback form to request access, corrections, removal or deletion. Unsubscribing stops future emails. Admins can delete contact data and handled requests. Technical backups expire through rotation and are not restored for marketing.
