The story behind this use case
Logan Robison spent a few hours on Grok Bot for a home-service business after people told him he was wrong about it.
He connected the phone system. The Bot listens to every call, drops a summary in Slack, tags the right people, and adds a to-do. That let him downgrade the phone subscription, about $250. Reddit is on a daily scan of the town's subreddit for people who might be customers. It tags him. It does not post. He told it the week's goals. It opened Notion, made a page, built the to-do list, put appointments on the calendar, and rewrote follow-up scripts.
The screenshot is the iPhone roster: Coach (fitness), Cece (content), Schmidt (sales), an exec coach, and Jess as Chief of Staff. Jess's last line is about two different Week 35s. This is the shop desk, not a fitness Bot.
